Adorable Baby offers a satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it for you. If the issue can not be resolved we will work with you on a return and refund at no additional cost.*
All claims must be brought to our attention within 30 of the order date. After this time we cannot guarantee a complete refund
If there is a manufacture defect in a purchased product let us know and we will offer a replacement or refund for the defective item.
If an unopened purchase is no longer needed or a customer changes their mind about a purchase the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a full refund for the purchase item(s) total to the original form of payment.
* For international orders Adorable Baby will not cover return shipping fees except for select manufacture defects. If a customer is eligible for a refund they will be responsible for the return shipping and once we receive the item(s) we will issue a refund for the purchase items only.
Please note that refunds take anywhere between 1-5 business to reflect in your account.
