Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil

Sunflower oil is a great source of vitamins and healthy fats. It has many benefits including helping the skin retain its moisture and strengthening the immune system.

Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil

Avocado Oil has many skin benefits. It’s known to hydrate and nourish the skin and helps relieve pain and skin damage from sunburn, eczema and acne.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Oil

Extracted from the nuts of the Shea Tree and known to be very moisturizing for the skin as well as soothing and anti-inflammatory. Although it comes from a nut it is not an allergen.

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil

Jojoba oil closely resembles the skin’s natural sebum so it absorbs quickly and deeply into the skin and protects the skin with long lasting hydration.

Adansonia Digitata Seed (Baobab) Oil

Baobab oil comes from the seeds of the African Adansonia tree, and is known to be highly penetrating and having excellent skin moisturizing properties.

Tocopherol

A form of vitamin E which is derived from soybean and rapeseed oils. It helps soften and protect the skin while serving as a preservative for the formula.

What is the best way to apply baby oil?

You can squeeze some oil into your palm and rub it into the skin or alternatively squeeze the oil directly onto the skin and massage your baby as you spread it.

When is the best time to apply baby oil?

There is never a bad time for some soothing baby oil but being that the oil is great at keeping moisture in the skin a great time to apply baby oil is after a bath. If you are using it as a massage oil then whenever you want to see that beautiful smile is the best time to apply it. :)

What is the difference between baby oil and baby lotion?

While both are known as great ways to moisturize the skin, baby oil is better at providing the skin with extra moisture and baby lotion is better at hydrating and helping the skin maintain it's moisture. Our baby oil also uses calming oils which have a soothing effect on babies and are great for massaging your little one.

Why does my baby have dry skin?

Dry skin can occur from many things but generally dry skin comes from exposure to chemicals, conditions like eczema, or when the skin loses some of it’s natural oils that keep it hydrated.

Can I apply baby oil to my dry skin?

Yes. Our baby oil is a great way to keep moisture in and provide additional hydration to the skin. Our oil has our signature Hydrature™ blend of oils that offers great hydration and nutrients. Although we include this blend in small amounts in every one of our products, our oil is where you get it in its highest concentration!

Can I recycle the Baby Oil bottle?

Yes, all of our bottles and tubes can and should be recycled appropriately.

Defective Product

I received defective, spoiled product with dirty packaging, unusual texture, and an off-putting smell. After being a customer for two years I questioned the sudden change in quality. I received ZERO customer service. I took the time to send emails and photos and no one responded.

Perfect Baby Oil

We love Adorable Baby products because of their ingredients and EWG rating. They're also made in the USA.

We got the oil to use on some rough patches of skin and around the diaper area for our toddler. She only wears diapers at night now, and also has some areas of bumpy, red skin. This oil is perfect for helping us with those patches, and we used the oil right after bathing. Her skin looks just about normal and feels great on those areas. No pressure irritation around the diaper area, either. This oil absorbs quickly, and is easy to rub in. The smell is not too overwhelming.

Overall, this baby oil is great for when you need something more than just a regular moisturizer!

Best Baby Oil

The label says “absorbable” and I agree! This baby oil doesn’t leave your skin feeling oily or greasy. I’ve even used it on my face as it felt tight from the dry air in the house. I love that there’s no scent and it has a thoughtful, dropper like opening so you only get the amount you need. Seems like it will last awhile for the amount you get!

Great oil!

As a rule, I'm not a fan of oils for baby's skin (or mine) because of the greasiness. But this one is wonderful! It absorbs quickly into skin and most importantly, really helps with winter dryness. So glad I found it!

Non greasy texture

I thought the oil would leave a greasy feeling like baby oils do but I was surprised how moisturizing it is without leaving that greasy residue the only thing I wish is that it wasn’t that difficult to open cause it took me a few minutes to open it I don’t know if mine came broken or something but it pushed and twisted like it said on the cap but nothing happened I had to cut the cap but other than that the oil was really good and moisturizing

I love that this product is given the highest rating by the EWG. Adorable Baby has made so easy to find safe products for babies -- and made here in the States too!
There is little fragrance to the Baby oil, and the consistency is very smooth. Initially I was a little thrown off by the bottle opening/tip, but now I really l like it. The pointed tip makes it easy to dispense as needed— there is no wasting, spilling or mess. Yay. And as a bonus— it's really pretty.

Perfect oil
