Good ol' H2O.
Avocado oil has many skin benefits. It’s known to hydrate and nourish the skin and helps relieve pain and skin damage from sunburn, eczema and acne.
Derived from coconut oil and glycerin. It contains fatty acids which moisturise the skin and it helps bind the ingredients in the formula into an even blend to enable smooth rubbing into the skin.
Made from vegetable oil, it serves as a humectant which draws moisture to and helps reduce the loss of moisture from your skin.
Extracted from the nuts of the Shea Tree and known to be very moisturizing for the skin as well as soothing and anti-inflammatory. Although it comes from a nut it is not an allergen.
Serves as an emulsifier and has a high skin moisturizing effect. It is made from cetearyl alcohol and fatty acids derived from olive oil.
Serves as an emollient to keep the ingredients bonded together. It also acts as a viscosity controller for the formula. It is made from glycerin (made from vegetable oil) and stearic acid (made from vegetable fats).
Jojoba oil closely resembles the skin’s natural sebum so it absorbs quickly and deeply into the skin and protects the skin with long lasting hydration.
Serves as an emulsifier and surfactant. It also helps moisturize the skin because of it’s fatty acids. It is made from the fatty acids of olive oil and sorbitol which is derived from sugars found in vegetables.
Made up of glycerol and caprylic acid, both of which are derived from palm or coconut oil and it’s used as an emulsifier and skin conditioning agent.
Baobab oil comes from the seeds of the African Adansonia tree, and is known to be highly penetrating and having excellent skin moisturizing properties.
A vegetable derived fatty alcohol which serves as an emollient and helps prevent dry and irritated skin.
Olive oil has many skin benefits. It moisturizes and soothes the skin and provides necessary antioxidants.
Derived from the delicate chamomile flower. This extract provides remarkable skin soothing and moisturizing properties.
Peaches contain great vitamins, antioxidants and minerals such as calcium that are beneficial to the body and used to help condition the skin.
A plant derived, sugar based thickening agent that also helps with the skin soothing and moisturization.
Grapefruit Oil is a relaxing oil that offers a slight natural fragrance.
A calming oil that comes from the bergamot orange and gives off a slight citrus fragrance.
Davana Oil is a calming oil with an herbal aromatic smell. It comes from a shrub called Artemisia Pallens.
Extracted from the bean/fruit of the vanilla plant, Vanilla planifolia. It gives the formula a fresh fragrance and it also soothing to the skin.
The salt of sorbic acid which is found in berries of the Mountain Ash and other fruits. It is a natural preservative used in the formula.
A ester of Glycerin (vegetable oil) and Undecylenic Acid (derived from castor oil) it serves as an emollient and also has antimicrobial properties.

You shouldn’t worry too much about doing it “properly”, just pump a few pumps into your hand and rub it into your baby’s skin. Apply the lotion to the whole body and enjoy feeling just how soft your little one’s skin is!
A great time to apply lotion is after a bath or before bedtime but anytime is a good time for some soft baby lotion. You generally shouldn’t need to moisturize more than a couple times a day. If there are spots of your baby’s skin that are extra dry consider using our Baby Balm. It is more concentrated for more dry and sensitive skin.
Yes! Our Baby Lotion is Safe and encouraged to be used on the whole body including the face. Just be careful not to get in your baby’s eyes. It is not dangerous but it could make them uncomfortable. If it does happen just rinse out with some water.
Both are great ways of moisturizing the skin. Balm is usually thicker and used on specific parts of the body that are extra dry or sensitive. Lotion is used as an everyday treatment and applied to the whole body. Our Baby Lotion is made with ingredients like shea butter and olive oil that provide the skin with moisturization and nutrients.
Like the balm, both are known as great ways to moisturize the skin. Oil is better at keeping existing moisture in the skin and lotion is better at providing the skin with additional moisture and hydration.
